Bayern Munich striker, Harry Kane, has rubbished claims that he is already in talks to join Barcelona in the summer.
This follows comments from Barcelona presidential hopeful Xavier Vilajoana, who alleged that discussions with Kane’s camp had already commenced.
In a post-match interview after Bayern’s 3-2 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday, Kane clarified that he has not been approached by Barcelona.
The England captain explained that his father and brother are managing matters related to his contract and any potential transfers.
“I haven’t heard anything about that,” Kane said at his post-match interview.
“My father and brother handle these things, but they have not informed me of any talks. As I have mentioned, I’m very happy at Bayern. My focus is this season and Bayern.”
