The Chief Executive Officer of Sanan Real Homes Limited, Alhaji Sanusi Abdul Sanusi, has lauded Niger State Governor, Umar Bago, describing his leadership as reform-oriented and strongly aligned with youth empowerment and economic revitalisation.
In a goodwill message released to commemorate the governor’s birthday, Sanusi said the administration’s policy direction reflects deliberate efforts to transform Niger State into a competitive investment destination. He noted that ongoing infrastructure projects, renewed emphasis on commercial agriculture, and pro-business regulatory measures are reshaping the state’s economic outlook.
According to him, the governor’s strategic focus on expanding productive sectors and modernising critical infrastructure is gradually translating into improved economic activity and enhanced opportunities for residents.
Sanusi further stressed that sustainable growth requires synergy between government and the private sector. He stated that stakeholders within the property and real estate industry are prepared to support the state’s urban renewal initiatives and contribute meaningfully to job creation and structured development.
He added that Governor Bago’s consultative and inclusive governance approach has strengthened investor confidence and repositioned the state within regional economic conversations.
The real estate executive offered prayers for continued strength, wisdom, and sound health for the governor, expressing confidence that the administration would consolidate on its current achievements in the years ahead.
