A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hajia Amina Suzuki, has said the party’s smooth and disruption-free national convention in Abuja reflects its readiness to win the 2027 general elections.

Suzuki made this known in a statement issued on Tuesday, praising the conduct of the convention as a clear demonstration of the party’s strength and unity.

The convention saw the re-election of Nentawe Yilwatda as the party’s national chairman.

According to Suzuki, the gathering was seamless and well-organised, describing it as a world-class political event free of rancour and disruptions.

She added that the orderly conduct of the exercise has effectively weakened opposition parties, leaving them struggling to find fault or remain politically relevant.

Suzuki maintained that the APC continues to stand out as a highly organised and forward-looking political platform, capable of sustaining its dominance ahead of future elections.

“This convention has once again demonstrated that APC remains Nigeria’s most organized and forward-looking political party. The opposition, as usual, has been left in awe without a single flaw to exploit or distort,” she stated.
