Renewed Hope USA Says Opposition Controls Narrative, Urges APC Governors To Document, Publicize Projects

NEW JERSEY, USA — A diaspora support group for President Bola Tinubu, Renewed Hope USA, RHU, has told APC governors and other “progressive” governors to urgently begin documenting and publicizing achievements in their states as the 2027 elections approach.

In a statement sent to Sahara Reports after a leadership meeting in the USA, the group said the APC government has recorded “tangible results” but has failed woefully in communicating them to Nigerians.

THE OPPOSITION IS LOUD BECAUSE THEY CONTROL THE NARRATIVE
RHU Chairman, Chief Emeka Felix Molokwu, accused the party of poor messaging despite claims of progress in infrastructure, security, economy, and welfare.

“We are urging all APC governors and progressive governors to begin identifying various achievements in their respective states in support of PBAT and the APC as a political party,” Molokwu said.

RHU Secretary, Amb. Khairat Animasaun-Ajiboye, in a similar tone, urged progressive governors to “key” their projects into Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

“I implore your excellencies to look inwards and enumerate your achievements. Importantly, key those achievements into President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision… Publish, educate, and promote these achievements,” she said.

3-POINT PR PLAN FOR 2027
Molokwu proposed that governors:
1. Document all federal and state projects since May 2023.
2. Communicate them via town halls, media, and digital platforms in local languages.
3. Mobilize citizens, traditional rulers, and youth as promoters of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

He listed fuel subsidy removal, forex unification, student loans, and regional commissions as reforms already “yielding results” that governors must “bring home.”

DIASPORA TO HELP WITH PROPAGANDA PUSH
Animasaun-Ajiboye said RHU will partner with APC states to produce “data-driven reports, videos, and testimonies” for audiences at home and abroad.

The group also called on the APC national leadership to set up a “National Achievements Documentation Committee” to coordinate the messaging ahead of 2027.

Sahara Reports notes that RHU is presenting itself as the diaspora mobilization arm for the Tinubu administration and the APC.
