Departing Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho has agreed a seven-year deal with Chelsea.

According to football transfer expert Ben Jacobs, Garnacho’s move to Chelsea is a done deal.

Chelsea and Manchester United have settled on a £40 million fixed fee, with a 10 per cent sell-on clause included in the transfer to Stamford Bridge.

Garnacho’s switch from United to Chelsea represents the Red Devils’ fourth-largest sale in their history, after Cristiano Ronaldo, Romelu Lukaku and Ángel Di María.

Both clubs are said to be satisfied with the outcome of the Argentine’s transfer this summer.

Garnacho had been pushing to leave Old Trafford for Stamford Bridge throughout the summer window.
