Sabri Lamouchi has been sacked as the head coach of Tunisia’s national team. He becomes the first manager to lose his job at the ongoing 2026 World Cup. A 16-year-old relative of a suspected Boko Haram member has surrendered to troops of Operation Hadin Kai in Pulka, Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State, amid sustained military offensives against insurgent strongholds in the North-East. The Rivers State Police Command says it will begin enforcing regulations against vehicles with covered, obscured, defaced, unauthorized or missing registration number plates across the state as part of efforts to improve security and public safety.
