Two people were injured Thursday morning when a gunman opened fire at Old Dominion University’s Constant Hall in Norfolk, Virginia. Officials said the gunman was immediately shot dead by security operatives in the area. It was learned that the gunman invaded the school premises at about 11 am and opened fire in Constant Hall.
