A lone car accident has claimed the life of a driver along the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway in Lagos, prompting a swift rescue and recovery operation by officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, and the Nigeria Police Force. Onuachu was nominated for his  superb scissor-kick finish in Trabzonspor’s 4-2 victory over Fatih Karagümrük last September. It was first voted the Süper Lig’s Goal of the Month for September.
