The naira on Wednesday appreciated against the United States dollar at the foreign exchange for the third straight day. Central Bank of Nigeria’s data showed that the naira strengthened further on Wednesday to N1,343.74 per dollar up from N1,343.76 traded on Tuesday. This means that on a day-to-day basis, the naira gained N0.03 against the dollar at the official foreign exchange market.
