This was revealed in the fourth quarter 2025 report released by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC). The Central Bank of Nigeria’s data showed that the naira strengthened on Tuesday toN1,356.16 per dollar, up from N1,356.89 traded on Monday. This means that on a day-to-day basis the local currency gained N0.73 against the dollar.
