Former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-rufai has debunked reports purporting his support for a Southern presidential candidate ahead of the 2027 general elections. The Imo State Police Command has arrested a 58-year-old man, Vitalis Nwoko, a native of Umuagba, Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, following an alleged incident of domestic violence that resulted in the death of his wife, Uloma. The Federal Government has announced a ban on the admission and transfer of students into Senior Secondary School 3 in both public and private secondary schools in Nigeria. The directive was issued by the Federal Ministry of Education on Sunday and signed by the Director of Press and Public Relations,  Folasade Boriowo.
