The Israeli military said it has entered into a “new stage” of their war against Iran, and both US as Israeli officials suggested there could be more attacks coming.

The IDF said it has “more surprising actions” in this new phase but did not give more details.

Meanwhile, US defense secretary Pete Hegseth stated that attacks on Iran will “increase a lot.”

The IDF said they have destroyed the underground bunker that belonged to the late Iranian supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

It also said that the bunker is still being used by high-ranking Iranian officials.

The Israeli military stated that around 50 fighter jets dropped about 100 bombs at the location in Tehran.

They said the bombs spread over several streets and had many entry points. There was no immediate comment from Iran, according to the Guardian UK.

Meanwhile, the UN reported that almost 100,000 people inside Lebanon have had to leave their homes, and many Syrian refugees in the country have returned across the border.

The IDF has ordered a large number of people to leave a big part of Beirut’s southern suburbs. This is because the army is bombing areas it claims are where Hezbollah is hiding.
