The Adamawa State Police Command has deployed additional patrol teams to the Kofare-Agric area of Yola following reports of alleged night attacks and calls by residents for increased police presence.

The deployment was disclosed in a statement issued on Friday by the Police Public Relations Officer, Adamawa State Command, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, who said the Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, ordered massive night patrols to address the situation.

“The Commissioner of Police reassures residents that the Command remains fully committed to the protection of lives and property across the state,” the statement said, adding that “additional operational teams have been deployed to strategic locations within the area to deter criminal activities.”
