Nigeria’s Super Falcons will open their pre-tournament camp in Mohammedia, Morocco, on July 15 as preparations intensify for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The defending champions are expected to spend about one week in Mohammedia before relocating to Rabat, where they will play their Group C matches.
Head coach Justine Madugu is expected to announce his final squad before the team departs for Morocco.
Nigeria enters the tournament as record champions and will be seeking an 11th continental title. CAF has confirmed that the 2026 competition will run from July 26 to August 16, with the Super Falcons drawn alongside Zambia, Egypt and debutants Malawi in Group C.
The team recently played two friendly matches against Senegal as part of its build-up to the tournament.
Nigeria’s Group-Stage Schedule
The Super Falcons will begin their campaign against Malawi at Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday, July 28.
Their second match will be against Zambia at the same venue on Saturday, August 1, before they conclude the group stage against Egypt at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat on Wednesday, August 5.
