Galatasaray have said that the value of Victor Osimhen has doubled.

Abdullah Kavukcu, the vice president of the Turkish giants, said this while addressing the press ahead of the UEFA Champions League clash with Juventus in Turin on Wednesday.

He said that the value of Osimhen, has now doubled.

The ex-Napoli player signed a long-term contract with the Lion club last summer after his release clause of 75 million euros was triggered.

Kavukcu said that Osimhen might now be worth around 150 million euros, because some top European clubs are showing interest.

In the last few weeks, the Super Eagles player has been connected to leaving Galatasaray at the end of the season.

Clubs like Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich are said to have shown interest.

This season, Osimhen has scored 15 goals and given five assists in 23 games for Galatasaray, showing off his speed, strength, and ability to score, which makes him one of the top dangerous forwards in the world.

Galatasaray spent €75 million to get Victor Osimhen to join the team, which was a big amount and made people talk about it.

“When we bought him, a lot of people said it was a crazy investment,” Abdullah Kavukcu told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Victor has proved everyone wrong. because his value has doubled.

“We know he’s one of the best strikers in the world, and we’re excited to do big things together.”

Osimhen’s performance against Juventus shows his strength, with six wins and just two losses in his eight matches against the Serie A team.
