Isaac Fayose, younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has blasted the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, over reports that it gifted brand new Toyota Prado SUVs to its youth leaders.
In a post on his Facebook page on Wednesday, Fayose questioned the sense behind the gesture at a time when fuel price has gone beyond the reach of ordinary Nigerians.
The popular social media critic accused the party of teaching youths how to be irresponsible, asking who will be fueling the expensive SUVs.
“You give new Prados to the youth leaders of APC, who fuels them? At the cost of fuel price today, which one is cheaper, an EV from China or a Prado that consumes fuel. Poor reasoning, penny wise, pound foolish. They just don’t care,” he wrote.
