The Nigeria Progressive Association (NPA) has again commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for commencing the payment of ₦44,000 arrears to former National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members. This move is a testament to the government’s commitment to accountability and transparency.

In a telephone conversation with Sahara Reports, Prof Adesegun Labinjo, Interim Chairman of NPA, hailed the payment as a significant milestone in the administration’s efforts to prioritize the welfare of its citizens.
“This payment is a demonstration of the government’s renewed commitment to trust and accountability. We commend President Tinubu for keeping his promise and urge him to continue on this path,” Prof Labinjo said.
