Tuokpe Onuwaje, the first wife of social media influencer and former presidential aide Reno Omokri, has accused him of neglecting their son with special needs.

In a Facebook post on Monday, Onuwaje alleged that Omokri had not seen or spent meaningful time with their son since June last year.

She claimed the child, who requires extra care and attention, had been left waiting for his father to create bonding moments beyond what she described as “fleeting visits” granted to his other children.

According to her, parenting should be about being consistently present in a child’s life rather than showing up for “staged photos” on social media.

Onuwaje urged Omokri to prioritise “meaningful moments over social media validation” and become a constant figure in his children’s lives.
